The desk’s destination-intel tool.
Your concierge fields the same question twenty times a week: “is it safe to go to X tomorrow?” Safe Trip for Concierge puts a credible, source-cited answer one click away, hands the guest a branded briefing card on the way out, and pings the GM the minute something material changes. Built for properties whose answer to “consult your embassy” isn’t good enough.

What the desk actually does with it
Guest asks about a day trip or a weekend extension. The concierge pulls up the country, sees the live score and today's notable advisories, and gives a sourced answer in 15 seconds.
One click prints a hotel-branded PDF with the country's score, today's advisories, embassy contact for the guest's nationality, and the local emergency number. Left in the room on arrival.
Earthquake near the property, transport strike, advisory upgrade for a destination guests just left for. The GM gets a Slack ping before the first guest asks.
Score plus the relevant Field Manual guide. When a guest extends to a higher-risk leg, the concierge has the do-this-not-that briefing ready.
If something does go wrong on a recommended tour, the audit log shows what was known at the time, what the score was, which advisories were active. A real paper trail for the GM.
Pre-arrival emails include a destination briefing on the property's letterhead. Guests notice. “The Four Seasons sent me a safety briefing before I flew” is on-brand for the segment.
Frequently asked
Are we “Safe Trip certified”?
No, and that’s intentional. We score countries, not hotels, so a property cannot pay for the score to favour them. Editorial integrity is the brand. You’re a customer of the tool, not a scored entity.
What's the trial?
30 days on the Single Property tier, no credit card. We provision a console for one of your hotels, you use it on the desk for a month, then decide. Group and Chain tiers run a paid pilot, talk to sales.
Does it integrate with our PMS?
Group and Chain tiers ship webhook integrations for Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, and a generic HTTP option. Pre-arrival briefings can be triggered automatically from a booking event.
Can we white-label?
Chain tier only. The console runs at concierge.your-brand.com, the briefing PDF templates are yours, and the pre-arrival email looks like it came from the property. We disappear behind your crest.
What about group bookings / MICE?
Chain tier includes group-booking safety reports: a 6-page briefing for the corporate planner per booking. Hotel takes a 30% referrer share. Single Property and Group tiers can buy reports a la carte at €499 each.
Where does the data come from?
Same sources as the consumer site: WHO, ECDC, ACLED, USGS, NOAA, GDACS, six foreign ministries (FCDO UK, US State, Smartraveller AU, travel.gc.ca, Auswärtiges Amt, France Diplomatie). All cited in line.
